Due to our fast turn around you must cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a refund. If IMAGE GRAPHICS makes a mistake call us as soon as possible so we can replace your product ASAP. Warranty shipping methods are at the discretion of IMAGE GRAPHICS and will be handled on a case by case scenario. IMAGE GRAPHICS is not responsible for knowing your hybrid equipment’s configuration.
